Hi! My name is Rylee Brooke Kamahele, I am 13 years old.
My passion is to turn youth into leaders and to create change in the world by inspiring other kids. I work towards building this platform through two of my soon-to-be non-profit organizations. By both teaming up with other non-profit organizations and providing opportunities under the programs that we run for kids, we give youth the chance to take what they love and turn what they are passionate about into action through training, education, community service, internships, mentorship, experience in running the programs in which they are involved, and eventually our leadership program where they can start their own initiatives, projects, businesses, or organizations.
Community service is one of the biggest and most important things in my life. My heart is truly in the work that I do.
Aside from managing her own organizations, Rylee Brooke dedicates a lot of her time to working with other causes which are important to her.
To be a good leader, you have to know how to be a good follower. Rylee loves opportunities to work under the leadership of different organizations that are close to her heart. It is an honor for her to hold positions in the following organizations:
State of Hawaii
Young Feminist Committee 2019
Youth Leadership Council

Fur Angel Foundation
Initiative Volunteer under Kaitlin Miyashiro
Fur-Angel Foundation is a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The foundation was established in October 2014 by a small group of friends who had a passion for helping the community, while also making a difference in the individual lives of animals and people. We operate within a foster network of trusted volunteers that share the same passion in giving dogs a chance at a life full of love. Through daily interaction with their foster family, FAF dogs receive indirect training, as well as lots of personal attention to help rebuild the trust that is often broken in rescue animals. We are honored to be considered as an alternative to the traditional shelter, offering our dogs experience with socialization and life-skills which help ease the process of transitioning into a fur-ever home.

Girlhood presents many challenges for young ladies. It is important to have a sisterhood sorority such as (GEMS) Girls Empowered & Mentored for Success that can guide young ladies in getting past various hurdles. We are based in Hawaii and welcome girls all year round from ages 5 to 17 years old.
